Pierrot Bendegue begins his ninth season with Northern New Mexico College, serving as the teams Assistant Coach. Bendegue is mainly responsible for: the development of the post players, defense, serves as video coordinator, and also assists with many of the programs day to day operations.
Bendegue, originally from Cameroon, Africa; found his way to the United States in 2004 where he attended boarding school in Albuquerque, NM at Menaul High School. After graduating from Menaul High School, Bendegue made his way to Worcester, Massachusetts; where he attended Worcester Academy for one year of prep school. Bendegue then attended Shepherd University in West Virginia prior to transferring to Northern New Mexico College. Pierrot finished his collegiate basketball career with the Eagles in 2010, where he still holds the school record for most blocks in a single game, seven.
Pierrot graduated from Northern New Mexico College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
