Salazar's consistent defensive prowess earns Defensive Player of the Week honors for the 3rd time this season. The Lady Eagles' starting point guard would finish the day with 11 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 5 of the Eagle's 11 steals in the tough loss against NCAA Division II opponent, Western Colorado this past weekend. With the majority of the season behind them, the Lady Eagle's look to finish strong as they prepare for conference play at the end of the month.
